Project Overview

The Mosman Project project in Mosman is a landmark 3-floor high-end residential build located on Sydney's lower north shore with sweeping harbour views. Cappercullen Constructions was engaged to deliver all formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement across the full structure.

The standout feature of this project was the complex pyramid roof structure, designed to deliver striking off-form concrete aesthetics. This required custom CNC machine-cut formwork — a technically demanding process that showcases Cappercullen's capability in precision structural work beyond conventional builds.

Scope of Works

Our team delivered expert formwork solutions using system formwork across all three floors, including complex geometric profiles and cantilevered slabs. Precision steel fixing was completed to the highest standard throughout, and controlled concrete placement ensured exceptional Class 1 off-form finishes across every poured surface.

Project management and site supervision was embedded from day one, with Cappercullen coordinating all FRP trades to keep the build on schedule and on budget in a challenging harbourside environment.
