A qualified carpenter with over 15 years' experience across the building industry. Pat moved to Australia in 2011 where he specialised in commercial formwork across high-rise complexes, bridges, civil works and high-end residential. Pat founded Cappercullen Constructions in 2017 and has since overseen the delivery of over 100 projects.

Gary Sinnott
A qualified carpenter with over 17 years' experience in residential and commercial carpentry. Gary commenced his career in Ireland specialising in joinery before moving to Australia in 2010, progressing from formworker to leading hand and foreman. Gary joined Cappercullen in 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise across numerous high-end projects.

Barry Hurson
A qualified carpenter with extensive experience specialising in 1st fixing, joinery and roofing. Since joining Cappercullen in 2021, Barry has become a valued member of the team, consistently delivering high-end residential projects to the exacting standards our clients expect.

Having honed his skills at a leading developer in London, Will has since brought that experience to the Australian market — delivering financial control, cost discipline and contract management across complex construction environments.

Niamh Gallagher
Niamh completed her BBA in Administration, Business & Management in Ireland in 2021. During her studies she moved to Melbourne to work for a leading formwork contractor. Since joining Cappercullen in 2024 she has become a pivotal part of our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
