Vaucluse, Sydney
The Vaucluse Project project in Vaucluse represents one of Cappercullen's most technically demanding residential builds to date. This 4-floor split-level residence required our team to navigate complex site conditions in one of Sydney's most prestigious harbour-side suburbs, delivering high-end concrete construction to the exacting standards expected at this level.
The split-level design created significant structural complexity, with multiple floor plates at varying heights requiring bespoke formwork solutions at every stage of the build. Cappercullen coordinated the full FRP scope from excavation through to the final slab pours.
Our team was responsible for all formwork design and construction across the four levels, including retention wall forming, slab formwork, and structural column and beam forming. Steel fixing was completed to the highest specification throughout, with Cappercullen's fixers working across complex geometries and heavily reinforced elements.
Concrete placement was managed with precision across multiple large-format pours, with exposed concrete finishes required on internal and external surfaces. On-site project management ensured sequencing across the trade package was maintained without programme impact.
